Handmade Items:
 

As you know Bone Inlay & Mother of Pearl Inlay products are totally handmade. Please note which snap/images you seen on our online catalogs on computer and actual produce product looking some different and also they are handmade items so it's not possible to make same. 10% variation possible in colour, design etc. After receiving goods if customer/buyer tell us it is some different in colour & design then for that Ace Craftique is not liable. If customer receive totally different colour, for example: he/she receive pink colour instead of gray, blue etc..then Ace Craftique will be liable for that.

Export Packing:
 

Type of Export Packing used by Ace Craftique :
"Wooden Packed Carats" all items are packed & wrapped with Plastic sheets followed by 4 mm thermo foam sheets and fixed between 2.0 Cms thick thermo cols. After this packing the items are being packed in wooden Carats, then tied and banded with 18 mm wide steel strips thru machine. (Thereafter consignee and exporter's addresses are painted on the carats)
"Full Wooden Packed Boxes" all items are packed & wrapped with Plastic sheets followed by 4 mm thermo foam sheets and fixed between 2.0 Cms thick thermo cols. After this packing the items are being packed in wooden boxes, then tied and banded with 18 mm wide steel strips thru machine. (Thereafter consignee and exporter's addresses are painted on the boxes)

Shipping and Returns:
 

Getting Shipment Delivery:
After clearing your shipment from our port of loading and sail of vessel from Indian port, you will soon receive original shipping documents thru DHL or FedEx Express (so please provides us your full shipping address with postal code/zip code, Telephone & Fax Nos. and email address), as these documents contain local address with zip code/postal code, telephone no, fax no. and e-mail details of your delivering shipping agency near your location, hence you should also contact the shipping agency and produce these original shipping documents to that shipping agent for clearing of your shipment to at port of destination and take delivery of your ordered shipment on arrival of vessel to your destination port. (We can also update you the current shipping status thru e-mail and telephone, if require by you).

Destination shipping, clearing, handling & local transportation, delivery Charges and Ocean Freight:
Each Client/Buyer agrees to pay Destination Shipping, Clearing, handling and local transportation, delivery Charges and Ocean Freight charges as applicable or imposed on import of ordered shipment by the Client's at the destination Country or State or any jurisdiction, either it is pre-paid or post-paid thru door delivery arrangement by Ace Craftique . Should Ace Craftique be required to pay any such Destination Shipping, Clearing, handling and local transportation, delivery Charges and Ocean Freight charges on the import of Client's/Buyer's ordered shipment, the amount of such Destination or Door delivery charges including Shipping, Clearing, handling & local transportation, delivery Charges and Ocean Freight charges (as applicable) and all related any such amount shall become immediately due and payable by the client/buyer to Ace Craftique .


Taxes, Duties, Custom etc.:
 

Each Client agrees to report and pay its own taxes, duties and custom warehouse demurrage charges and all related interest, fines, or penalties as and when applicable or imposed on import of ordered shipment by the destination Country or State or any jurisdiction, either it is pre-paid or post-paid thru door delivery arrangement by Ace Craftique . Should Ace Craftique be required to pay any such taxes, duties and custom on the import of Client's ordered shipment, the amount of such taxes, duties, custom, warehouse demurrage charges and all related interest, fines, or penalties shall become immediately due and payable by the client/buyer to Ace Craftique .

Return & Damage Policy:

Customer do Must:

Before receiving your goods from shipping company please check your goods that they are reached there in good condition without any damage. If you found any damages in the goods so please first fill the claim form before receiving them. if customer forget (or any other cause) to fill claim form then he/she can not ask to us for claim for damages and we can not help our customer for claim money.

We would only accept the return of the product if it is delivered in damage condition and Insurance company refused to clear claims. Please note that this is necessary that customer must claim to insurance company first. If insurance company refuse the claim then we are agree to replace the products. Please note that the shipping damages are beyond our control and the shipping risk is covered by Insurance company. so the first responsibility is of Insurance company.

On customize product, money return or refund would not be done. Product can be replaced by Mutual Agreement.

The return product should be sent to us in the same original condition and packing when you received it.

The charge of delivering return product to us would be borne by customer.

Because the products are custom made We do not refund money back. Products will be replaced or compensate with other selected product.

Refund and Return Policy:
 

Ace Craftique will accept returns of products, and will agree to refunds for Customers who initiate an inquiry or complaint either with Ace Craftique or with Product(s) as per terms and conditions mentioned below. Ace Craftique will use its best efforts to resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a manner that is acceptable to both Clients/Buyer and Ace Craftique :
* if customer want to cancel your order after placing order, then we will less all service charges and it will be approx 25% of total value, this condition applicable if customer inform us within 7 days after placing order.

* if customer inform us after 7 days then it would be 40% of total value of order.

Ace Craftique is not service provider:

Ace Craftique is Basically a manufacturer company not the service provider. We manufacture goods according to customers need but If in any case a customer is willing to deliver there goods to sea port/door delivery from us then for the sake of customer we deliver the goods according to customer needs.

Note: In that case if any damages or discrepancies of the goods happen then Ace Craftique is not at all liable for the same.
